As a result, the product unfortunately arrived damaged. This looks more like a manufacturing issue than a shipping issue, so you can't blame the shipping. The case was cracked and the bezel was torn off the screen on both sides. See fig. I gave it 2 stars because it looks like a manufacturing issue and is not acceptable for the price. Also, it looks cool with curved screens, but I didn't turn it on. I saw no point in seeing the damage. I just packed it up again and came back the next morning. 1/3/22 I will update this review once the refund is issued and I appreciate the customer service. As per their return policy, they only refund and do not exchange for compliance issues, which is normal.
