So far this has been a great razor. In recent years, I mostly had a short beard. I used cheaper Schick and Gillette razors with 3-4 blades back then when I wanted a close shave. I trim my beard with Wahl clippers and shave. Cheaper razors clog and always dull after the first shave. So far I'm still the first razor that comes with a handle. I started shaving clean once a week, touching up the edges with an electric shaver in between. After trimming my beard and shaving clean, this razor didn't clog. I've used it 3 more times since then and after the last shave it still felt sharp like new but I think next time I'll switch to a new razor as it's been a month. I should have bought a quality razor rather than constantly saving pennies. The difference is huge.
