At first I thought it was stupid. I was about to write a negative review based on my first impression that these towels are cheesy for those who are fed up with paper and cloth kitchen towels. But I read other reviews - almost all positive - and decided to give them another chance. They are amazing. They do the same thing as cloth kitchen towels while being almost as absorbent as paper towels. Unlike cloth kitchen towels, you can simply wash them in the sink with a little washing-up liquid, let them dry and you're done. super easy. A few notes: - They are not as clean as the rough side of the sponge, so they are not suitable for rough cleaning. - It's good to have a stand or something near the sink where you can hang them to hang. dry. I hang mine on the kitchen faucet. Not attractive at all. I have a bamboo dish rack, but I don't want to leave a damp towel on it to dry for an hour or two. If you have a metal/plastic/non-wood frame, you're fine. RECOMMENDED
