Bought for my birthday to assemble balloon columns for a homemade photo booth. These bottles were of excellent quality. I only had one defect, but all the others have lasted for a week since they were pumped up (with air, not helium). These balloons come with little elastics that make them very easy to inflate with a balloon pump - the key is to make sure the pump is inserted without damaging the balloon. As for confetti balloons, I read an article to solve the problem of confetti falling in one place. After inflation, wipe the balloon with a soft cloth (or T-shirt) to avoid static and the confetti will stick to the walls. It really works, but my hair was messed up because of the static electricity I generated! However, they fulfilled their function beyond what was expected.
