Felt a big difference after installation. My biggest concern is Amazon reselling returned items? Because after 2 1/2 weeks the throttle started to fail and my truck went into limp mode. . Put my old one back in and the car came out of limp mode. .

My old throttle body had a bad throttle position sensor so I had to replace it. I chose the jet throttle body because I heard so many good things about them, combined it with their spacer and saw WOW what a difference. It was very easy to put on.

Many people don't know how to install these things after install you need to calibrate I'm very happy it works as advertised and I can note that the factory and aftermarket 2005 Chevy Tahoe LT 5.3L V8 differs in significant acceleration

I was a bit skeptical at first but bought this for my 2006 commuter Chevy with 5.3 Flex Fuel Vortec. This unit offers much better throttle response, the difference between day and night. Shifting is much better than expected. Noticeably less horsepower and defiantly worth the money when you buy it from Amazon.

Seems to work fine with my 03 Yukon XL 5.3L. Throttle response seems a little better, and it seems like torque could be a little better from standstill to low revs. There is no check engine display. No fake mode. No instructions. Note: Before starting the vehicle, make sure you turn off the throttle. (Turn the key to the ON/acc position, but do not start, fully press the pedal and release it several times, then start the car.)

This thing really made a world of difference! My 2003 Tahoe (198k Mi) had very sluggish response and dead space in the pedal, after this super easy install it was like a new engine. I paired this with a K&N drip filter and it made a noticeable difference in overall throttle response, mileage and performance. Great product, we will be adding a separator soon!

Jet claims improved performance across the range. It's not relevant. I didn't have a 0-60x improvement. It seemed true, but I needed a replacement throttle body that had been in my truck for 280,000 miles. With the idea of testing their claims in mind, I timed 0-60 before changing the part. The diameter is no more, electronic components do not work miracles either. Basically it's a standard throttle body with fancy grooves. It's just not possible to get more air through a certain size hole…

Received this Saturday and installed it on my truck. I have a 4.8 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Rwd. I have this to increase the low power and torque. I've read all the reviews and they all say they have better throttle response and more low end torque. Well I've lost a lot of energy. He fights until I hit at least 60 mph. Then he gained great power. I have a cold air intake, high flow Master Super 10 exhaust and a custom setup. It says the PCM should learn it about 100-300 miles. Haven't ridden it yet…

Factory replacement. Installed yesterday according to instructions. It works, doesn't report my computer.
