I'm still trying to find out if that really works. I'm just not sure. I bought it to protect my eyes when using an iPad or iPhone with blue light. I'm not sure I know how to tell if something like this works or not. I didn't buy it with my reading level and wonder if it would help. But sometimes it's difficult because I don't always look at my computer or iPad as closely as I would when reading a book or holding it up close. I also found it uncomfortable to wear those little nose clips and leave marks on my nose. So I'm wondering if they can be removed or if they create them without them and what are the pros and cons of doing so.
