It was nice that the headphones were delivered in a carrying case. As for the headphones themselves, I think the base gets so loud that you can't crank the volume past 3x. It's so much base that you can't hear a real person singing when you're listening to music, and if you're just making calls it's completely dead after a while, requiring you to take the cord out of the phone and put that back in permanently ! It's frustrating! It's like the shape of the USB-C cable fits, but it's not really compatible. That's why it's off.
