Review on Kinyo UV 520 Cassette Discontinued Manufacturer by Devon Holmes

Some problems with Kinyo winder

Unfortunately, my Kinyo winder came with problems. Ideally, the cassette should slide in and close smoothly. Closing the door on my rewinder is a little tricky no matter what ribbon I put in it. I also found the Kinyo to be very loud. I remember various rewinds being offered to consumers many years ago. Some of them range from the low price range to the more expensive ranges. This tends to slope below the mid-range toward the low range. On the positive side, it slows down towards the end and throws well. (mid-range) Since the VHS world is relatively "extinct" I understand that what is left on the market is either used, or never used (new in the box from the year?) to a weird supplier who still makes old stuff for the price. So,

Pros
  • Audio and video accessories
Cons
  • Out of style
