I love how this case looks - it's beautiful! The clean black and matte floral design matches my rose gold MacBook perfectly. However, it does not quite match the A2337 as described. I tried and tried to go around all 4 corners but it just wouldn't budge. I've tried different angles, I've tried starting from different angles and eventually I've pocketed all but one of the corners. I think if the material was a bit more flexible it might have worked, but it didn't work for me. However, I will probably leave it at the end. I really just wanted something to protect my computer from scratches. It stays on when I open and close the screen, so I think that should be fine. I don't plan on using the base. The silicone protective pad on the keyboard is a nice bonus - it protects against dog hair, lint and the possibility of spilled coffee. It's thinner than expected (which is a good thing) and fits well, but some of the F-keys don't match. Overall, this product meets my needs. If you're looking for something that offers a great fit and better durability I would keep looking. If you have simple needs and like the look, then for the price this option is great!
