I've recently become addicted to green health and beauty products. I was looking for a replacement for my plastic toothbrush and came across a Miswak. Even after reading a lot on the internet about the health benefits of Miswak, I was still quite skeptical and decided to buy it to give it a try. First you will notice that it has a distinctive smell and taste. You may like it or you may not like it (I like it). It smells and tastes like a delicious mushroom. Cleans teeth really well! The front teeth are the easiest, the back teeth can be a little tricky to reach, but I eventually learned how to use them. My gums used to bleed when using a regular plastic toothbrush, but this miswak stick didn't cause bleeding gums at all. My teeth are smooth and clean after use and my breath odor has been neutralized. I find it helpful to rinse your mouth out with warm (not hot) water before using miswak. also multiple uses. *This is a great natural product and great value compared to many brands of plastic toothbrushes, so I recommend trying this miswak stick if you are interested in maintaining health and beauty. It may sound strange, but I also recommend it to people who like to chew on pens and pencils. Instead, you can chew on it and do something good for your teeth!
