Review on 🌳 Sturdy and Adjustable 90"-116" Tall Cat Climbing Tree by Roypet - Includes Perches and Fixing Tool by Scott Rangel

I bought this to replace the floor to ceiling tree we loved so much. The cats just kept ripping off the faux fur. It had a spring loaded tensioner at the top to hold it in place. It turned out to be adjustable and flush with the ceiling, and I mistakenly thought it had a tensioner as well. It comes with wall brackets installed only. We didn't use them because we didn't want to poke holes in the wall. It stood for about a month just because it was tight between the floor and the ceiling. Then it fell. We put it back in place and it seemed solid but it fell again this morning and almost knocked down my tree. I think we're still making holes in the wall. Otherwise it seems solid, survived 2 drops and everything. Cats love hammocks. But the description should contain more information about how it is assembled. I would buy something else if I knew how to assemble it. Update: After trying to put the tree back in place, we found that the center piece was wobbly. We disassembled it and found that the pipes are just compressed cardboard, and the plastic cover with screws is simply nailed with clamps. The brackets were loose and we had to reattach them with screws. Very disappointed with this product. Update: Crashed again. I'm buying a new scratching post.
