I've had it for about a year now and use this phone mount every time I ride my bike. For the price, it's almost unbeatable. At first I was concerned that the phone might come loose on rough trails or when going over bumps, but the construction is very reliable and my phone hasn't come loose once. The straps that secure the phone can accidentally press on the side buttons of the phone, but once you know, it's pretty easy to tighten the straps without getting too close to the buttons. A very small minus - there are times when I drive and want to take a picture with my phone. It takes a bit of work to detach the phone from the flexible straps and sometimes I miss the picture, but I'm not sure a design that holds the phone securely would also be easy to detach. Overall this is a great product.
