This is a great magnetic vent mount for charging the iPhone 12 Pro that comes with a USB-C to USB-A -Charging cable (no charger) cigarette lighter adapter). The bracket attaches to the vent by tightening the handle of the screw until it grips the vent tightly like a rod. The magnetic plate can then be positioned by tilting it to the desired position and then tightening a separate screw on the back. I had a thin clear plastic case (not MagSafe) on my iPhone that I thought would fit, but I was wrong. The mount holds the phone at first, but once I started riding, every impact knocked the phone off the mount. After removing the case, I found that the magnetic mount holds the iPhone very securely, even after hitting bumps in the road. I currently take the case off when I get in the car and put it back on when I get out because I want my phone to be protected from accidental drops. I just bought a MagSafe iPhone case online and will post the magnetic mount specs with the new case once it arrives. Overall, I like this iPhone 12 magnetic car mount. It's not bulky like other car phone mounts, slim design, I like the blue metal ring on the outside, it's very easy to turn the phone on and off, and it charges my iPhone to go same time. I would definitely recommend buying this for your car if you have an iPhone 12. Just make sure you either don't have a case or have a MagSafe case to ensure your phone is securely attached to the mount.
