Ideal for small spaces. We live in New York and have VERY little storage space. I bought two of these and put them in two separate storage closets so my husband and I have our own shoe space. Durability - Incredibly durable. Most of my shoes are heavy sneakers, boots or loafers. My husband's are very similar. This thing doesn't move. We have it on a wall which is obviously a bit stiff but it's perfect for our needs. The look/style is fully disclosed. I don't want it anywhere in my house for people to see. I prefer the minimalist style and that doesn't match our style preferences. However, since it has a very industrial look, it is perfect for maximizing storage space. Adaptability - I was able to adapt some of the shelves to store shoes (men's cowboy boots and bean boots). It was really easy and incredibly effective for our needs. I definitely recommend them for the price and quality.
