Awkward to assemble and connecting parts are fragile. Only one spare tire is included, so if you bust more than that, you're out of luck. I love this shoe rack. I put it in my closet so I had to remove one of the tiers because it was too high and was touching my hanging clothes. I can fit 7 pairs of shoes in each tier because I stack them front and back (see picture). It is very durable. Very strong and light! Good quality shoe rack and plenty of space. As for the past poster, no patience is required! :) Just follow the instructions. Of course, if you're not practical or mechanically inclined, don't buy this. But when you put it all together, you'll be rewarded with a sturdy shoe rack at a very reasonable price.
