Very strong and light! Good quality shoe rack and plenty of space. As for the past poster, no patience is required! :) Just follow the instructions. Of course, if you're not practical or mechanically inclined, don't buy this. But when you put it all together, you'll be rewarded with a sturdy shoe rack at a very reasonable price. As for the people who said that plastic connectors break easily, you need to follow the instructions and insert the tubing into the connectors EXACTLY in one line. . Any slight angle deviation and the connector will break. To make it even more reliable, do the following when inserting the tubes. Bring the tubing as close as possible to the connector before inserting it. Insert the connector into the hose, not the hose into the connector. This reduces the chance of misalignment. When you feel the connection is tight (some have manufacturing tolerances, some don't), twist the tube back and forth as you push. And if you need to remove the tube (I did it like a rack I assembled wrong) twist the tube as you pull it out. I haven't broken a single connector and there is a spare in the box.
