Good company, good product (with a few caveats)
Awkward to assemble and connecting parts are fragile. Only one spare tire is included, so if you bust more than that, you're out of luck. (I broke 3 trying to take it apart to fix mistakes made during assembly.) Edit 1/22/2016: I received an email from the manufacturer this morning offering will replace defective parts free of charge. While my initial criticism still stands, it's actually an amazing shoe rack once you put it together (I was able to reinforce the broken connectors with tape), and the company is clearly willing to endorse their product.
