Review on Melissa Doug Puzzle Wooden Effects by Keith Alvord

I ordered this puzzle after seeing the one my daughter's speech therapist has. First, let me say that this is not the enigma that I was thinking. This one just sings. She had the sounds of farm animals. I wouldn't buy it if I understood. When I received the puzzle I took off the backing, put the batteries in and the puzzle made a little sound like it was dying and the pieces didn't work. I've turned it off and on multiple times, but it never worked. I processed the exchange for Revain to get a working puzzle. I received a new puzzle in a few days. I repeat the process of inserting the battery. Only three out of seven work. It's like half the puzzle has disappeared. Only the three parts on the far right activate the sound function. Old MacDonald and the animals on the left do nothing. I am so upset that I received two faulty, broken pieces of junk. I have requested a refund through Revain. Now I'm tired of buying Melissa & Doug in the future.
