. I received the back scratcher like someone just cut it out and shipped it. Small curved "fingers" at the end lay on top of each other. There was a piece knocked out and I need to get some sandpaper because if I try to touch it it's going to splinter. Definitely the worst back scratch I've ever had. I only bought it because I couldn't find it when I was looking in the supermarket.
