I bought other freeze dried treats for my pup and they were all crunchy treats which they ate. It was like nothing I had ever bought before. This product was about the size of a treat, but most of the sachet was the consistency of shredded sawdust. The uncrushed treats were soft and not crispy. They crumbled between my fingers as I tried to treat my pup. I would absolutely not recommend this product to anyone. It was sent in a blue and white envelope and definitely didn't ride very well. But if I knew it was soft and not the crunchy, freeze-dried treat we're used to, I wouldn't spend money on it. This is also very bad because I really like this brand and many of their other training products. This just missed the target for us.
