If you are looking to buy them I would recommend buying 20 Series 3

I have all three devices (10 series, 20 series 3 and 30 series 3) and here are my impressions. If you're looking to buy these, I'd recommend getting the 20 Series 3. There's nothing wrong with the other two models - the 20 is simply the best value for money in my opinion. The 10 doesn't have an LCD on the front, is big enough for large rooms, and doesn't have a network port. 30 is a bit louder and more than 20, but I find 20 powerful enough to handle any space in the room. Maybe 30 outside or in the gym would be fine, but I just don't feel the need for a regular home. The sound is clean and rich on all three - from 20 and 30 you get more bass. Some people say they're bass-heavy or treble-heavy, but I love the sound and you can always balance your music if you want. Setup: Some have complained about the complexity of the setup - I did everything on the iphone 6 and everything was easy. For wireless, you must press and hold 2 and increase the volume for 5 seconds to turn on the wireless setting on the device. The LCD at 20 and 30 will also reflect this, which is handy. Once it's in setup mode, connect using your phone's Wi-Fi setup, then launch the Bose app and set up the device. For me it was very easy and only took a minute. If you connect the speaker directly, you'll need to turn on Wi-Fi and connect to your home Wi-Fi network, then launch the Bose app to set it up. In any case, it was quick and easy. Now to the actual shining star, why I bought it. My wife is not tech savvy so simplicity is a huge asset for her in any electronic setup. After a few weeks of ownership I can say it has been a success. Being able to press a button and turn on the music is great for them. The remotes are easy to use and you can use any remote with any device so that's nice. She is very happy and now listens to music all the time. I also think it's nice that you can have 6 presets so she has several and I also make it really easy for me to just play my music in my room while she listens to hers upstairs. There are several ways to connect to your music. You can connect each speaker via Bluetooth if you want to listen straight from your phone or something else. It works great when I tried it - no crashes even though I haven't tested it in a long time. Mine are all set up online and I will say they have been reliable. Two are wired and the other is wireless, and I've had maybe two failures in many hours of wireless play. Wired gaming, of course, solid. And the disappearance lasted about a second or two before continuing, so it doesn't matter in my book - I'm probably a bit far away and getting a faint signal from where I placed it. My library is on the WD cloud drive I bought for this setup and it works great. All my files are in FLAC format and there are no problems there either. I can't talk about using it with iTunes or Windows Media Player, but when you can get my cloud for around $150, it's certainly easy. A few final remarks. As far as I know, playing music on all devices at the same time requires the use of an app. The process of linking them all is simple, but it would be nice if there was a way to do it remotely - I may not have figured out how yet, but I don't think it's possible. Also, my home internet connection dropped once and for some reason the app seemed to hiccup on startup - I've tried a couple of times - it worked, but only after sitting for a while and occasionally giving me a message over my wifi. I think it might be trying to send some data and it would have to time out before it can continue, but I don't know and it wasn't big enough to examine. That's all I can think of about these devices, so I hope this helps. Bottom line - if you decide to buy it you'll love it, but I recommend sticking with the most affordable model 20.
