Good stand on my review.

It’s a good stand the only issue is that you will have to anchor it down to the floor in order for it not to move around when your punching it. But it is expected.

Pros

Non-mounted hanging heavy bag design allows you to exercise wherever is most convenient - perfect for your home or commercial gym

Cons

Not adjustable to different heights
