Not very impressed with this item. Unlike some other common complaints on the subject, I didn't find the pressure excessive or unbearable. However, this device is cheaply made and quite thin. There is almost no difference between the speed options (one level difference) and the 4 preset factory options are literally the same. The machine also makes a squeaky noise which the manual says should go away after a while (whenever). The power cord is also very short. Unless you're literally standing in front of an outlet, you'll need an extension cord. This item gets the job done to an extent if you like the hard kind of massage, but there's nothing special about this machine. I tested other more expensive models that were more durable and much more comfortable with adjustable speed, such as the Dr. Fuji, which cost $350. If you can shell out the extra money, I would recommend seeing Dr. Fuji or something to get. You definitely get what you pay for with this item so overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
