The pops turned out great and my husband just gave his approval.

Last night I made strawberry ice cream using a no whipping, no machine recipe. The pops turned out great and my husband just gave his approval. Recommendations: 1. A squeezable pancake batter bottle for filling if using a creamy mix, otherwise it may be difficult to fill the molds evenly. Snap the lids open before placing the latches on the stand, as the stand will flex a little when you press the latch, making it difficult to center the lid. Long-term pressing can also wear down the post over time.3. Run the fizzes under warm water to loosen them, or let them sit for a minute or two before attempting to remove them. Pros: 1. Each shape can be removed from the base, unlike some shapes that have all the pops glued together. This greatly facilitates maintenance.2. The plastic molds are thick and well made. They didn't have an oily film like some plastic products.3. The molds only hold about 3.25 oz. Liquids, so a good portion size for children.4. The sticks are designed to catch drips, but their shape makes it difficult to finish the last piece of ice cream as the sides of the drip catcher get in the way. I'm not sure the little kid will do well in the end, but hey, he has a drip eliminator. The design also creates a nice fit to keep air and freezer odors out of shape. Cons: There really aren't any. If they last a few years I'll be very happy.
