
I have cooked Peking Chicken and Duck with the CeramiCooker to rave reviews from guests and family. I have also used it to cook duck. Excellent product: easy to use and clean, and the bird will not stick to it. The fat drains into the bowl below. Add a small amount of water to the pan before cooking, avoid splashing. I found cooking at 350-375 in a convection oven gave the best results and better control over meat temperature. I have two of these products. It is a pleasure to work with the seller.
