Received as a gift for Christmas. Both zippers broke within a week. The thin material inside the wallet got stuck in both zippers so I couldn't open the wallet and had to cut it open to get to my stuff. After I submitted this review, the seller contacted me immediately and sent me a new wallet free of charge. Since I love this wallet for its perfect size, multiple pockets for my iPhone Plus, and internal credit card slots, I bought some "Gear Aid Tape Repair Binding Tape for Fabric and Vinyl, 3" x 20" and taped it along the zipper line to keep thin fabric from snagging in the zip.I also bought some zip lube which helps a lot.Hope this purse will last a long time now.
