Product was fine until after about a day of use the laptop no longer recognized the controller. I don't think it's a hardware issue as it worked great initially. I can't tell if it's a driver or a windows system. I would return the product but I'm not sure if it's worth the process. Unfortunately, among other things, I tried to fix errors, but searching the internet didn't help much. Otherwise the service was good, the product arrived on time, there were no other problems.
