
When I tried to upload a 14GB video file to these drives, only 4GB was uploaded and then I got an error message. After doing some research, I found that if you reformat the drive when using it with a Mac, you'll get the full storage capacity. I'm no expert on this, but this worked for me: > Utilities > Disk Utilities, then select the drive (no name) on the left, then select Erase at the top. When the window opens, you can rename the drive as you like here, then select ExFAT from the format chooser and click Erase. It then erases the formatting on the drive and replaces it with a format that works on Mac and PC. Hope that helps.
