CHEAP! DO NOT BUY! BAIT-N-SWITCH.
DO NOT BUY! First of all the nice thick reflective tape on the promotional image does NOT match what is actually shown on the vest. That would have been nice in itself if the flimsy tie they attached to the vest hadn't started to come loose after only 3 days of wear! I return it and go to the store where I can see the vest before I buy it.
