My dog lost control of his lower body two days ago (he is 15 1/2). I bought him disposable diapers but they obviously didn't fit because they were dry. This carpet was wet. I decided to try these and I love them. They fit much better, have a higher fit and better elasticity to make them feel more comfortable. I've noticed that I don't have to constantly adjust and tighten them like disposables do. After they've been used and washed, if I change my mind I'll upgrade, but for now I'm very glad I bought them. UPDATE: Diapers are still awesome. They stay in place and are comfortable for my 16 year old dog. I put panty liners in. Pads help absorb urine and make cleaning up poop less disgusting. The diapers are perfectly washable and leave no stains. In fact, I just bought a second set.
