First of all, I don't understand the negative reviews. Sometimes I feel like people don't read instructions. This little robot works great. It's quiet and requires minimal maintenance. Just fill 2 tanks with water. I actually use a multi-level Shark Mop Vac. It clearly states that you must wet the rags before each use. There are 2 different types depending on what type of cleaning you are doing. This is clearly not intended for a major cleaning. It is ideal for daily care. I always start my vacuum robot first. The battery lasts about 50 minutes, enough time to clean 4 rooms on the first floor. Leaves no dirt streaks and does not wet the floor. There are various pattern options to choose from. I like intensive cleaning. The mop heads rotate to effectively remove dirt or grime. It's pretty clever at following patterns and doesn't hit furniture. When you're done cleaning, simply rinse and clean the mop heads. They even include a silicone brush to clean the pads. No dirty water tanks need to be emptied or cleaned. It just loads fast. Happy with my purchase.
