Accurate thermometer
I would say this thermometer gives a fairly accurate reading. I mainly used it to measure the temperature of milk when I needed to make yoghurt (the temperature should be around 60 degrees Celsius). My yogurt came out very smooth and tasty, so the milk temperature I measured must have been correct.
