It's garbage. No size consistency. Do not buy!
This was the worst mandrel I have ever used. The size is completely wrong. And I couldn't even easily increase or decrease the size because it was too big for some and too small for others. The side of the spike was wavy, as if ignored at all. Also, the surface was rough and chipped, making it completely unusable. I was going to use it to check ring sizes without damaging the metal but I sent this junk back. Do not buy!
