The right side no longer works

I love clarity. However, the right side stopped working after about 3 months. Can't hear when I'm on the phone. Out of the blue it just stopped working. At first I thought it was my connection, but it turns out I just couldn't hear the phone on my right ear. The left side still works. For this reason I award 3 stars.
