Medcosa Adult Cream Three 3.5 ounce tubes were listed under child diaper rash care but when they arrived the box said it was adult incontinence cream. The box also says it was recommended by the pediatrician and that it is an all purpose rash cream with 20% Zinc Oxide. I like that it is a light cream that spreads easily and absorbs into the skin. Leaves no white paste on the skin and washes off easily. I have another zinc oxide cream that is like a thick paste that is difficult to wash off. It worked really well to scrub a rash I had. A very affordable product that has worked well for me.
