The frames look good in plastic and plexiglass if you want cheap frames but the construction isn't the best. First, the "pre-installed wall hooks" on the back are a hard piece of metal that you can't easily pry off. (I ended up using a VERY thin screwdriver but had to be careful not to poke a hole in the back. I recommend doing this step before assembly to avoid damage to irreplaceable photos/artwork.) In contrast. Size 5x7, hooks are looped so once you put something underneath they pop up fairly easily. For the 5x7 size I found the hard way that you have to press on the part that attaches to the cardboard backing or you'll accidentally rip the whole thing off, but that might be less likely at this size since it's hung up again. Also, the strap that holds the stand, allowing it to only move so far, is too long, and when it's hung on the wall, it sometimes sticks out from under the frame if you're thinking of folding it down before using the hang frame. Finally, this size (unlike the 5x7 I ordered at the same time) came with "wall brackets" which are plastic and the first one broke when nailed to the wall as the part used to hang the frame is sticky out. Catch on the hook, so the design only needs to be broken during installation. Be careful when hammering and ideally use a tool that you can put on tiny nails to avoid hitting the plastic bar.
