I wanted to believe that this product had any chance of success. He could not handle bottles as described in his description. I've tried a dozen different bottles of different sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, but I wouldn't call any of them a real success. Adjusting the bottle trolley is agony; Tiny nuts and bolts are in hard-to-reach places and are not easy to reach. The cutting line of the glass cutting wheel was fickle at best; The round bottles were the only ones I've ever gotten half a bill with. You just can't keep the bottle in place when you roll it. The problem is really in the detail or lack thereof. The packaging and presentation look great; but the product itself doesn't make the cut. Practicing with such a device would help me if I had an endless stream of bottles to practice with. Instead, I was left with a trash can full of failed attempts. A lot of glass had to be ground down due to the uneven break edges. The supplied handful of sheets of sandpaper would not have been enough to fix/clean up any of the attempts. Unfortunately the item was returned.
