Review on Grandstream Enterprise GS GXP2140 Display Included by Lisa Dvorak

I use this with an internet VOIP company (starting with Nex). The phone itself is much cheaper than other models in its class. Technical support took about 10 minutes from opening the box to full configuration. If you're using this on a home network, make sure it has a direct connection to the modem and don't send it across multiple connections as the connection quality will suffer. The sound quality is amazing for this price range. The only complaint I've heard is that the headset goes on mute when I'm not speaking (plus) when the phone is on speakerphone. The hands-free quality exceeds expectations every day. The phone is also handy. The star was deducted for the intro. I would like the phone to default to a black screen when not in use and have a standby indicator (blue) instead of a screensaver. This is a minor issue that certainly doesn't affect the quality of the phone other than aesthetics.
