Sturdy, one-piece design for shredding

We bought this item because it's one piece, so it's not likely to break up like the one it's replacing. It's perfect for slicing burgers in a nonstick pan where you don't want to ruin the pan, but works well with cast iron too. The one-piece design also makes it easy to clean and has survived our dishwasher well.
