Both front mats have had part of the fourth rib on the right side of the mat broken off leaving a hole. This renders the mats useless for water retention. In that time the car has traveled less than 5,000 miles. Since both mats developed the same cracks and holes, it is evident that there is poor quality control in production. I have contacted the manufacturer and will update this post with their response. Update: A few months have passed since the complaint was lodged with the manufacturer. No answer, no follow up. Meanwhile, the mats continued to collapse with many new holes. Don't waste money on a product.
