Very friendly staff who cares about your business! I've been working with them from day one of my business' launch. Nothing really- they are all very knowledgeable & easy go get along people. And their website makes applying/ hiring quick & efficient. Honestly haven't noticed anything bad so far but if there was something they could change it would be great! The ease of getting new employees onboarded into our startup. Also we got some awesome free legal services too! I love how easy this tool makes hiring! It's so much easier than other tools out there because of all their integrations with our platform. They also have an awesome team behind them who are always willing to help when we run into problems. Nothing really at this point but they do great work overall. Just make sure your account manager knows what questions/issues you're running into as soon as possible. You can solve almost every problem if you just communicate fast enough.
