So I know nothing about plumbing but here is what I have to say… I had my uncle install this for me and he said that the hot/cold lines did NOT fit properly. Most hot/cold lines are double ended 1/2” fittings that screw into the wall water line and the other end onto the bottom of the hot/cold handles. On the lines provided one of the ends of the both the lines were 1/8” so I had to goto hardware store and get proper fitting lines. That was inconvenient so that’s my only complaint. The whole set up looks really nice and I love the swiveling faucet for when I wash my face. So what I can say is be prepared to spend about 15-20$ extra to get the proper fitting hot/cold lines once you purchase this.
