I have borderline OCD and have used many Plano organizers, but I can't in good conscience give this product a perfect rating. Both the individual trays and the storage unit are made of very thin plastic. The whole congregation feels weak. If they had used a few mils more thickness it would have been a great set and a completely different look. As it stands, the memory block is not solid. Even in the photo you can see that the back is cropped in places. They decided to use a frame and sacrifice material, making the rear end less strong. This is important because plastic trays are very slippery. They slide in and out quite easily, but this becomes a problem when the device is tilted slightly forward. Containers are easy to empty. But does it need to be fixed to the wall? That's right, but the mounting holes are on plastic slats, not on a solid base. Add some weight to one of the bins and the unit will start to sag (pull away from the wall). A simple solution is to mount a small bracket on the wall under the storage space (like a 1 x 1 x 18 inch piece of wood), but we don't buy most things thinking that we'll have to for lack of Quality and durability easily found elsewhere Plano products are sold separately. They're great for organizing small items, but they're not as small as washers. from drawer to drawer, sliding under the dividers. The trays are formed into 4 fixed rows and have slots for dividers, creating up to 8 spaces per row. The partitions are first attached to each other and need to be cut with scissors or a razor. The edge of each spacer must be cut cleanly (flush) before it will properly fit into the small receiving groove. Try to avoid a "tight fit" - this will stress the plastic case and make it difficult to open. and close Bottom line, if you're looking for an organizer for small crafts or other lightweight items, this system will do the trick. But if you're looking for something for trackers or something narrow that adds weight quickly, you'll need to look elsewhere. Plano makes great storage and organization products, but this one falls short of the usual standards.
