Love the ability to run 3 additional monitors in my office. I'm using a Dell laptop with USB-C running Windows 10. It works great, no disconnect/reconnect issues as I use my laptop during the day. I haven't tried powering the laptop from the USB-C port yet, but this device seems to support that as well. All images are very clear and sharp with no digital noise. I have a VGA output to a large TV monitor that I mainly use for meetings in my office. But having the "always there" feature was great and I've found myself using it for video conferencing, even when I'm alone in the office. The USB ports on the device also work perfectly - I've connected a USB camera for conference calling and haven't had any issues or data loss. I've been using it for about 1 month. Highly recommended.
