I installed the dock with my 2020 MacBook Pro yesterday. Today I connected an ethernet port to my gigabit switch with a CAT6 cable. When I ran speed tests with Wi-Fi off, I got a consistent 200Mbps. My Wi-Fi is over 400Mbps, so I know it's not my network. I understand there are limits to how much we can transfer over a USB-C Thunderbolt connection, but the device needs to support dual HD monitors and Gigabit Ethernet without dropping to 200Mbps. Love the ability to run 3 additional monitors in my office. I'm using a Dell laptop with USB-C running Windows 10. It works great, no disconnect/reconnect issues as I use my laptop during the day.
