Macbook Pro/2019. 10.15.7/ Big Sur. 100W power supply connected. *Ethernet speed reduced to less than 100Mbps (I have gigabit internet) *Speakers always have connection issues. It takes a few minutes to toggle the sound settings on the computer on and off before it works. * When I connect a new device, all devices turn off as if the hub were rebooting. hangs on restart. I always have to unplug the USB-C from my computer for the reboot to succeed (thus messing up attached external hard drives) * The monitor flickered and flickered, but this was resolved with a higher wattage power supply. * Internal and external hard drives sometimes take up to 10 seconds to access data. When disconnected from the network, internal data is transferred quickly and error-free.*2 monitors: everything goes off, nothing works. After installing BigSur, only 1 monitor works. * Not all USBs always work. If this is the case, I unplug the plug that doesn't work and plug it back in. This will restart the device and disable everything connected to the hub. Connected devices: 3 external hard drives, 1 keyboard, 1 monitor, 1 USB audio interface.
