If you're like me and spend hours in front of a computer, you know how much strain it CAN have on your eyes. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I invested in a Blue Light Blocking Screen Filter for my HP laptop and the results are amazing. Not only do my eyes feel less tired, but my sleep has improved too .My only con is that the filter does slightly affect the brightness of my screen but it's an easy adjustment to make. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to protect their eyesight while using computers..
