As other 1 star reviewers have noted this unit is not plug and play, has Mac laptop issues and works when it wants to. Also, the seller will refuse a refund even if you return it within 30 days and follow their return policy. After they get the product back they say they need a support ticket number from Jabra to send it back and they will ship it back to you at your expense etc. We are a reputable IT company that has over $500,000 spent on Revain. and give back less than 1% of what we buy. Take our advice and buy from another seller if you decide to buy this item at all. I like Jabra products in general but this one is inferior and overpriced. This item is a glorified webcam that costs ten times more than a webcam. Make sure you read all of the documentation and know what you're getting and what features it offers so you don't get dissatisfied. There's also a compatibility issue, meaning this may or may not work for you. It has problems with Mac and is very buggy. In case, like many others, you have compatibility issues, you will have to return the product for a refund, which will waste a lot of time. This camera is not worth the money or the risk.
