Review on Nordic Ware Gingerbread House Duo Pan by Joe Pettigrew

Much easier than trying to glue cookie walls together with frosting. The gingerbread recipe on the label is delicious! I overfilled the molds, but just cut off the tops of the "cupcakes" and ate them with pleasure. I buttered and floured the inside before pouring the batter in and had no problem getting it out. I apparently overdid my churning/mockery when clumpy yellow deposits of butter/flour were left on the roof of the house. But that was my fault for being too bossy. I love the pan, my kid had a great time decorating his house with his dad. Can't wait to buy more varieties!
