Nordic Ware Gingerbread House Duo Pan Review

I made a lot of these little gingerbread houses as gifts last Christmas. The gingerbread I used was was Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Gingerbread Mix and it turned out great. When they cooled I sprinkled some powdered sugar on top to make them look like snow on a roof, placed them on a small plate and shared them out. Everyone loved them and made I get compliments. Much easier than trying to glue cookie walls together with frosting. The gingerbread recipe on the label is delicious!
